aluminum coils, we apply high quality and advanced treating technique of Henkel Coating Formation from Germany. Which can be sure there will establish a high-density honeycomb oxidative surface of aluminum coil. So that the paints and aluminum tihgtly adhesive each other, which feature strong adhesive force.

 The precision application line applies various paints according to the customers'needs on the surface of the aluminum coils after they go through the process of formation. Our company adopts the internationally advanced precision three-roll back roller coating machine to conduct precision roller coating in a closed dustfree environment, acquiring a good control on the coating thickness and the coating appearance quality. The baking oven is divided into five sections to control to conduct temperature-control baking ,enabling the solvent resistance and hardness flexibility to reach the best result. It has good glossiness, adhesive power and erosion resistance. Besides, the precision application line improves the baking technology by integrating the strength of the imported equipment and dries the coating from the inside to the outside, thus ensuring the quality of coating. |
 The Continuous Combination Production Line is the key equipment for the formation of the Aluminum-Plastic Composite Panel; the principle is to make the Aluminum materials, PE core and the Adhesive Polymer Film adhesive tightly together in one time under the effect or continous high temperature and high pressure to form the smooth panel surface. With the advanced equipment, perfect technology and strict quality control, which help us to produce the stable and high quality of Aluminum-Plastic Composite Panel, the peel strength is superior to GB/T17748-1999 and ASTM Standard. |
